Conflict is part of life.  Whenever you put two or more people together, there will eventually be disagreements.  However, sometimes we lack the tools or skills to manage those situations and come to a positive resolution. 


We can help. This workshop will teach critical skills to develop empathy, insight, define a shared purpose and arm your team with the skills necessary to move forward to a quick resolution.

Teaching Leaders to be Coaches

Coaching is a critical skill for all leaders to possess in order to help teams thrive.  This workshop defines what coaching is and how it is different from leading while teaching you the critical steps to effectively coach your teams to greatness.

Transitioning to Leadership

Often times on boarding programs do a great job of teaching new leaders how to run processes, review and interpret data, and execute the day-to-day functions.  However, there is often a significant gap in teaching new leaders, how to LEAD.  This workshop will dig into areas such as how to inspire others, what a great one on one looks like, how to leverage the strengths of your team, and how to develop and prepare others to be your back-fill.

Difficult Conversations

Many leaders struggle with the challenge of having those "hard conversations." Whether it is giving tough feedback to a direct report, being brutally honest with a peer or managing up, I often remind leaders, "This is why get paid the big bucks."  For most people, this does not come easy.  During this workshop, we start with mindset, define when it is time to move forward in the performance management process, what you should do before and after, and how to navigate this process with dignity and respect for others.
